Nerdio is a Series C SaaS company that simplifies cloud deployment and management for IT professionals using Microsoft technologies like Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, and Microsoft Intune. The company operates in over 50 countries and serves more than 5,000 organizations.
As SDR Manager for EMEA, you will build and lead the team that opens doors for Nerdio across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You own pipeline targets, coach SDRs to hit them, and ensure continuous team improvement. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring credibility both on live calls and in pipeline reviews.
Key responsibilities include:
- Hiring, onboarding, coaching, and developing a high-performing multilingual, multi-country SDR team
- Owning pipeline targets across EMEA and holding the team accountable
- Building market-entry plays for emerging EMEA markets: ICP definition, territory and account planning, localized messaging, and channel/partner-led motions
- Developing pipeline strategies in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams
- Coaching by doing: joining live calls, role-playing, co-writing outreach, and modeling best-in-class prospecting
- Using pipeline, conversion, and activity data to identify what works, fix what doesn't, and forecast accurately
- Integrating AI into daily team workflows (research, personalization, sequencing, call review) and training SDRs to use it effectively
- Running a tight operating rhythm of 1:1s, pipeline reviews, call coaching, and performance management
- Partnering with Sales Ops and Marketing on territory design, lead routing, and campaign alignment
You'll test new messaging, channels, and plays rather than relying on a single playbook, and lead entry into emerging EMEA markets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years managing SDR/BDR teams in EMEA, with a record of growing and developing a team in-market
- Proven success entering emerging or under-penetrated markets and building pipeline
- Experience with multilingual, multi-country teams and understanding of regional buying behavior
- Hands-on coaching style; credible on the phone and in the inbox, not just in dashboards
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable in Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, and tools like ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Creativity in outbound; test new messaging, channels, and plays rather than relying on a single playbook
- Demonstrated use of AI to improve prospecting, productivity, or coaching, with curiosity to keep experimenting
- Experience in B2B SaaS or fast-growing tech company
- Strong written and verbal English; additional European languages are a plus
