As a Cold Call Specialist / Sales Development Representative, you will be the engine of top-of-funnel pipeline generation. Your primary responsibility is high-volume outbound calling to targeted prospects across multiple industries, with a goal of 20–25 real conversations (2–3 minutes each) per day. You will use a parallel dialer and prospecting tools to engage prospects in consultative conversations, uncover business challenges, and pre-book meetings for upcoming events.
Key responsibilities include:
- Execute high-volume daily outbound calls using a parallel dialer to reach targeted prospects
- Conduct consultative conversations to identify customer pain points and opportunities
- Pre-book qualified meetings for event-based selling opportunities
- Track and manage leads using CRM and calling technology
- Maintain organized records and manage large volumes of outreach in a fast-paced environment
You should have 1–2 years of proven success in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales. You'll need a strong phone presence, excellent communication skills, resilience in handling objections, and comfort engaging senior stakeholders. Experience with parallel dialers and sales tech is expected. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and thrives in high-activity, rejection-heavy environments.
