Keycard is building identity and access infrastructure for the agent-native era—a new category of software where AI agents work dynamically on behalf of people and businesses. The company is creating real-time, contextual guardrails and developer tools to enable secure, scalable agentic applications. Founded by repeat founders and builders from Snyk, Auth0, HashiCorp, and Heroku, Keycard is at the frontier of a platform shift.
As an SDR, you will generate qualified pipeline by researching and reaching out to developers, platform teams, and security leaders who are bringing agents into production. Your responsibilities include:
- Deep account research to identify signals that teams are ready for agent-native identity solutions
- Writing sharp, personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone, and community channels
- Collaborating with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, marketing, and founders to convert events, content, and product-led interest into conversations
- Testing, measuring, and documenting what works to create playbooks for scaling the team
- Building credible conversations with engineers about identity, security, and AI agents
This is a founder-stage role where you'll have significant autonomy and the opportunity to grow into a closing role. You'll work in a remote-first, agent-native culture where the company uses AI tools internally to build and operate.
Keycard offers market-competitive salaries with generous equity (4-year vest, 1-year cliff), comprehensive health benefits, 4 weeks vacation plus 11 statutory holidays, 1 volunteer day annually, a new MacBook Pro, $500 peripherals stipend, and access to best-in-class AI tools.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 0-1+ years of outbound or sales development experience, ideally selling technical B2B software
- Curiosity to learn how identity, security, and AI agents work well enough to have credible conversations with engineers
- Excellent writing skills, resilience, and discipline to hit activity and pipeline goals weekly
- Founder-stage instincts: resourceful, low-ego, coachable, and eager to grow into a closing role
- Extra signal: experience selling into developers, security, cloud infrastructure, or AI platforms; comfort using AI tools and automation for research and prospecting at scale
