Kaseya is seeking a Technical Program Manager/Scrum Master to join its agile development team. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, ensure successful project execution, and deliver high-quality software products on time. The role involves facilitating scrum ceremonies, coaching teams on agile best practices, and acting as a liaison between the team, product owner, stakeholders, and management.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive program plans aligned with organizational goals; defining project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders; organizing and facilitating scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives); managing Jira processes, reporting, and dashboards for the engineering team; tracking and communicating team progress, velocity, and sprint goals; removing impediments and blockers; coordinating resource allocation; facilitating cross-team communication and collaboration; coaching teams on agile best practices and self-organization; managing risks, issues, and dependencies; overseeing deliverable quality; fostering continuous improvement and innovation; and regularly communicating program status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification; 7+ years as a Scrum Master in professional software delivery environments with a track record of measurable impact on velocity, quality, and team satisfaction; demonstrated experience designing and executing process improvements with documented, sustained results; deep fluency in Agile and Scrum principles applied pragmatically; experience facilitating large-group sessions, cross-team workshops, and stakeholder-facing reviews; proficiency interpreting delivery metrics (velocity, defect rates, cycle time, throughput, flow efficiency, team satisfaction indices); proven ability to coach resistant or skeptical team members and stakeholders toward Agile adoption; strong written and verbal communication skills able to translate team dynamics and technical delivery into executive-level language.
Nice to have: SAFe certification (SSM, RTE, or SA) and experience with Solution Train or ART; experience with Jira, Jira Align, Rally, or comparable ALM tooling; background in software engineering, QA, or product management; facilitation certification (ICP-ATF, AF, or equivalent); experience running Agile transformations or scaling Agile practices across multiple teams.
