Aledade seeks a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design, governance, and implementation of a multi-cloud Salesforce ecosystem and enterprise integrations. This is a strategic technical leadership role responsible for architecting enterprise-wide Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Marketing Cloud platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
• Develop enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture strategies, reference architectures, and roadmaps aligned with business goals
• Design and oversee end-to-end Salesforce solutions and cross-functional transformation programs
• Define Salesforce integration patterns with enterprise patient management systems, cloud platforms, and custom applications
• Guide the design of APIs, middleware, and ETL processes for secure and reliable data exchange
• Own Salesforce data modeling, governance, and data quality strategies
• Support implementation of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release governance for Salesforce deployments
• Mentor Salesforce developers, business analysts, and solution architects
• Design enterprise architecture strategies aligned with TOGAF principles
• Develop and maintain IT roadmaps and value streams supporting long-term business goals
• Apply expertise in Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, and declarative Salesforce tools
• Leverage cloud-native development and modern DevOps practices in enterprise Salesforce environments
• Design data ingestion pipelines and integrations using Salesforce APIs, MuleSoft, and related middleware solutions
• Lead multi-cloud Salesforce transformations enabling unified data views and cross-functional process automation
• Serve as trusted advisor to executive sponsors, product owners, architects, developers, and system administrators
