Payoneer, a global fintech platform founded in 2005, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Engineer to join its Salesforce Tech team within the Applications & Integrations Group. This hybrid role is based in Herzliya, Israel.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions using modern tools including AI Coding Agents, declarative tools like Flow, Lightning Pages, Dynamic Forms, and Dynamic list views. Your work will focus on refactoring user experiences and automating business processes across the platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions following best practices
- Refactor and modernize user interfaces using Lightning components and page builders
- Participate actively in project planning and architecture discussions to ensure solutions are maintainable and scalable
- Create comprehensive process documentation and architecture guides for knowledge sharing
- Identify and implement automation opportunities and process improvements
- Stay current with new Salesforce features and ecosystem tools
You bring 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Admin or Implementor in technical environments. You have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, data models, and security models, with particular strength in Sales Cloud features (EAC, ECI, Pipeline Inspection). You're proficient with Flows (screen flows and record-triggered), Lightning Pages, Dynamic Forms, and have experience with cleanup projects (migrating from Workflows/Process Builder to Flow, consolidating profiles and fields).
Desirable qualifications include Agentforce experience, Experience Cloud (Communities) knowledge, familiarity with tools like Gearset, Azure DevOps, OwnBackup, and DocuSign, and experience with Git, CI/CD processes, and Scrum methodology.
You're analytical, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator fluent in both Hebrew and English. You're eager to learn and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem and thrive in collaborative, global team environments.
