Overjet is the world leader in dental AI, serving thousands of dental providers and insurers. The company is growing rapidly and seeking a Salesforce Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team.
You will be the operational backbone of Overjet's Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. Your primary responsibility is maintaining the health, speed, and trustworthiness of the GTM (go-to-market) stack. You'll work daily with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure Salesforce and connected systems function flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage and resolve day-to-day GTM stack issues including deal desk questions, opportunity routing, approvals, and access requests across Salesforce and integrated tools
- Identify recurring issues by spotting ticket patterns, tracing root causes, and shipping durable fixes (Flows, validation rules, automations, AI-assisted workflows) rather than applying temporary solutions
- Own GTM systems projects end-to-end: gather requirements, design solutions, build, test, document, and drive adoption
- Maintain Salesforce as the source of truth through data hygiene, data dictionary maintenance, cleanup projects, imports, and system controls
- Manage user provisioning and access across GTM systems to ensure new hires are productive on day one and permissions remain secure as the team scales
- Create and maintain documentation (SOPs, process maps, release notes, onboarding content) that prevents institutional knowledge from residing in a single person
The ideal candidate is a builder who has hands-on experience configuring and debugging Salesforce in production environments. You treat recurring problems as personal challenges and are curious about applying automation and AI tools to manual processes. Startup experience is valuable because you'll often define how systems should work rather than waiting for perfect specifications. You should be energized by eliminating problems permanently, not just closing tickets.
This is a fully remote role requiring availability during US Pacific business hours (9 AM–5 PM PST, Monday–Friday). Candidates must be based in Pakistan, Egypt, or the Philippines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent hands-on experience acceptable
- 2+ years in a systems analyst, sales operations, or GTM technology role, preferably in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environments
- Hands-on Salesforce expertise: Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, permissions, data imports
- Ability to troubleshoot integrations and sync issues across tools (CPQ, Gong, Chili Piper, sales engagement platforms)
- Strong plus: exposure to Workato, Zapier, or n8n, or demonstrated interest in applying AI to GTM operations
