As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be a key member of the Business Systems team, responsible for maintaining and developing Unison's Salesforce instance. You will work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment supporting the organization's data and technology infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing
- Develop Salesforce solutions relevant to your skill level, taking on tickets to enhance the instance
- Provide Salesforce training and end-user support to team members
- Manage incoming system inquiries and escalate unresolved issues to management
- Document processes, error reports, and changes to field history tables
- Prepare reports for other teams and manage Salesforce roles and profiles
- Support provisioning of users across Business Systems tools
- Provide feedback and direction to management regarding identified trends and knowledge gaps
- Develop deeper understanding of Business Systems tools and their purpose within Unison
You will thrive in an agile environment, bringing intellectual curiosity, analytical rigor, and empathy to every interaction. The role offers flexibility: fully remote within the US or hybrid with 3 full days per week in either the Omaha, Nebraska or San Francisco, California office.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience as a Business Systems Administrator with at least 3 years of Salesforce experience (preferably as an administrator or developer) and a Salesforce certification
- Ability to read and understand Apex, Java, Javascript, SQL, HTML, and CSS
- Knowledge of real estate transactions and/or mortgage industry experience
- Impeccable organization skills and multi-tasking abilities
- Attentive to details with ability to identify trends and patterns
- Ability to complete work independently and coordinate within the team
- Preferred: Experience with 360SMS, Cirrus Insight, FormAssembly, Gearset, Gong, Nintex, Outreach, Provar, Skuid, or Talkdesk
