Salary: USD 105,000 - 115,000 / annual

Tungsten Automation is seeking a Salesforce Administrator with strong data operations expertise to join their growing team. This is a hands-on role managing the Salesforce platform and supporting critical business processes across the organization. In this position, you will partner with internal teams to support and enhance Salesforce functionality, responding to product support tickets and administrative requests. You'll evaluate functionality requests, implement solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals while managing user roles, permissions, profiles, and security settings with a focus on data integrity and compliance. You'll stay current on Salesforce releases and proactively apply new features and enhancements to optimize system performance. On the data operations side, you'll work alongside the Data Operations Lead to manage quotes, orders, and asset data updates, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This includes analyzing and maintaining data integrity across systems, performing audits and cleanup as needed, and developing reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across teams. You'll build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that drive business impact. Documentation of processes, workflows, and configurations is critical to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing. You'll also provide guidance to end-users to foster adoption of Salesforce best practices. The role emphasizes leveraging generative AI and automation tools to enhance business processes, analyze trends, support decision-making, and improve employee and customer experiences. You should have experience using AI tools to analyze data, design workflows, and optimize processes, with the ability to evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and bias.
