You will join Teya's dynamic and diverse Sales Support team, working specifically to support independent merchants and business partners in Hungary. This role involves managing high volumes of inbound communications across multiple channels (calls, email, chat) and providing first-level customer support to independent sellers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle large volumes of inbound calls, emails, and chat messages
- Provide first-level customer support, answering questions from independent merchants and helping resolve their issues
- Work closely with the KYC (Know Your Customer) team to ensure smooth legal and compliance processes for merchants
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, logging updates in the database
- Track the sales pipeline, sending timely reminders and follow-ups to the sales team
- Maintain precise documentation on schedule, in accordance with internal policies and industry standards
- Handle complaints and escalate to senior management when necessary

Requirements:

- Prior professional experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred but not required
