Commure is building an AI Operating System for healthcare, with a platform spanning ambient AI documentation, intelligent agents automating workflows, and autonomous revenue cycle management. The company processes $25B+ in annual claims across 500+ healthcare organizations and 500,000+ clinicians.
You will own sales strategy and operations for Call Center Agents, Commure's AI voice agent product for medical practice and health system call centers. The product answers and places patient calls, schedules appointments, and integrates directly with EHRs. You'll be responsible for making the sales team measurably better every quarter by owning pipeline, forecast, targets, and rep performance.
Key responsibilities include:
**Strategy & Planning:** Partner with call center leadership on go-to-market strategy across segments (health systems, specialty practices, FQHCs, behavioral health). Lead territory design, target setting, and quota allocation. Model capacity and hiring plans for reps, SEs, and implementation resources. Design and administer sales compensation and SPIFs.
**Performance Management:** Build performance scorecards for every seller tracking activity, pipeline generation, stage conversion, cycle time, win rate, and deal size. Diagnose where reps lose deals using CRM data and call recordings. Run regular 1:1 performance reviews and identify top performer behaviors to scale across the team.
**Enablement & Training:** Own sales enablement for Call Center Agents, including onboarding and ongoing training. Run trainings whenever the product ships new capabilities. Build and maintain pitch scripts, discovery guides, objection handling, competitive battlecards, and ROI calculators. Certify reps through role plays and mock calls. Serve as the link between Product and Sales.
**Systems & Analytics:** Own CRM hygiene, deal stage definitions, and KPI definitions. Build dashboards and reporting for reps, managers, and leadership. Transition from spreadsheets to scalable tools and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency.
