Salary: CAD 110,000 - 135,000 / annual
Aviso, a leading Canadian wealth management and investment services provider with approximately $145 billion in assets under administration and management, is seeking a Sales Strategy and Operations Leader to join the Strategic Partnerships and Priority Clients team.
Reporting to the VP of Strategic Partnerships and Priority Clients, you will be responsible for enabling the Direct Investing sales organization to consistently deliver against plan. Your core mandate is to align targets, activity, pipeline execution, skills, processes, and technology across the sales team.
Key responsibilities include:
• Own the monthly and quarterly sales reporting cycle, delivering timely, accurate, and executive-ready reporting on sales performance, pipeline health, target achievement, incentive progress, risks, and opportunities.
• Establish and lead monthly business reviews with the leadership team, translating performance data into clear insights, decisions, and actionable follow-up items.
• Lead sales target setting, achievement-to-plan governance, forecasting discipline, incentive tracking, and coaching recommendations to support consistent execution against business objectives.
• Drive CRM implementation, adoption, governance, data quality, usage discipline, and reporting integration, establishing the platform as the single source of truth for sales activity, pipeline, and performance visibility.
• Develop executive-level presentations, dashboards, and briefing materials for leadership meetings, steering committees, and cross-functional governance forums.
• Lead onboarding and training of new hires, including sales process education, CRM usage, reporting expectations, playbooks, and coaching plans to accelerate productivity.
• Manage, coach, and develop direct report(s), with potential to expand people leadership responsibilities as the function scales.
• Translate sales strategy into scalable operating models connecting activity, pipeline generation, deal progression, partner engagement, and revenue performance.
• Represent Sales in enterprise initiatives, workshops, pilots, and cross-functional programs, consolidating feedback and ensuring sales priorities influence business decisions.
• Lead go-to-market readiness for sales-impacting changes, product launches, and partner initiatives.
• Champion change management for new sales processes, tools, governance routines, and ways of working.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Post-secondary degree/diploma in Business, Commerce, Finance, or related field
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in sales strategy, sales operations, revenue operations, sales enablement, or sales performance leadership roles
• Demonstrated experience owning monthly and quarterly sales reporting cycles, leadership business reviews, performance governance, and executive-level reporting routines
• Experience leading sales target setting, achievement-to-plan management, incentive achievement tracking, forecasting discipline, and coaching recommendations
• Proven ability to lead CRM implementation, adoption, governance, usage management, reporting integration, and sales technology change management
• Strong executive communication and presentation development skills, including ability to create steering committee materials, business review decks, dashboards, and decision-ready recommendations
• Experience designing and leading onboarding, training, playbooks, coaching frameworks, and capability-building programs for sales teams
• People leadership experience, including managing, coaching, and developing direct report(s), with ability to scale a team as business needs evolve
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment, with ability to translate complex sales data into clear insights, actions, and leadership decisions
• Experience in self-directed investing, with strong understanding of online brokerage industry, investor needs, competitive landscape, and key operational drivers
• Fluent English communication required; bilingual French skills are an asset
• Experience in wealth management, online brokerage, or financial services with understanding of partner-led distribution models is preferred
