Salary: USD 231,500 - 429,800 / annual
Veeam, following its acquisition of Securiti AI, is seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to drive growth of Securiti AI's data security posture management (DSPM) solutions. You will focus exclusively on Securiti AI products, working closely with Veeam account executives to cross-sell into Veeam's 550,000-customer base, win new business, and expand existing accounts.
In this role, you will develop and execute territory plans to drive repeatable revenue within assigned accounts. You'll collaborate with account executives to identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities, lead entire sales processes as a trusted advisor, and present compelling business cases to customers. You'll manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities with accurate forecasting and CRM discipline, and expand relationships with key channel partners and resellers to accelerate deal flow.
You'll have a shared territory with multiple account executives, strong earning potential, and dedicated support from a Securiti AI solution engineer for technical engagements. You'll also benefit from Veeam's robust go-to-market resources and global infrastructure spanning 30+ countries.
You bring 10-15+ years of proven success closing complex enterprise software deals, with extensive experience managing multithreaded sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders. You have strong existing relationships with C-suite executives and channel partners in large enterprises, and deep understanding of enterprise software sales, particularly in data security, management, or cybersecurity. You're known for integrity, honesty, and building long-term customer relationships.
Compensation is based on geographic zone; Illinois falls in Zone 3 with a range of $231,500–$429,800 USD (OTE including base salary plus variable commission).
