The Sales Quality Analyst role supports Revolut's Sales team by ensuring quality and compliance across all sales interactions. You will work closely with Account Executives and their managers to monitor, evaluate, and improve sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor quality and compliance of all sales interactions, including reviewing and scoring phone calls, emails, and chat communications
- Provide constructive feedback to sales agents based on their quality scores and results
- Collaborate with sales trainers to develop best-practice guides and facilitate regular training sessions
- Support continuous improvement of sales processes and outcomes
The role is based in Barcelona with hybrid flexibility, with options to work from offices in Barcelona, Krakow, or Madrid, or remotely from Poland or Spain.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6+ months of experience as a Quality Analyst or in a similar role
- Fluency in both English and Dutch (required)
- Demonstrated strong quality score results
- Exemplary diligence and integrity
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills

- Prior experience working in a sales environment
