As Sales Performance Data Analyst, you will drive sales intelligence and performance visibility across the sales organization. Your core responsibilities include analyzing and reporting on SaaS sales KPIs, pipeline health, and individual rep performance metrics. You'll build and maintain modern dashboards that surface actionable insights to executive leadership, particularly the SVP of Revenue Operations.
You will report to the Director of Data Analytics but will primarily serve the revenue operations function. This role requires a solid understanding of SaaS sales metrics and best practices in modern data visualization and analytics. You are expected to be self-sufficient—independently researching data, identifying trends, and delivering recommendations and findings directly to executive leadership without heavy hand-holding.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with SaaS sales metrics (pipeline stages, conversion rates, sales cycle length, quota attainment, etc.), familiarity with BI tools and dashboarding platforms, and the ability to translate business questions into data-driven answers. You should be comfortable working with large datasets, SQL or similar query languages, and have a track record of supporting revenue teams with analytics.
