As a Sales Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in scaling the sales organization from the ground up. Your responsibilities span four key areas:
Sales Enablement: Create and maintain sales collateral, presentations, account materials, and other resources that help the sales team sell effectively. Partner with sales leadership to develop decks, talking points, and templates. Ensure sales teams have the right information and resources at the right time, and support onboarding and training for new sales organization members.
Sales Process & Execution: Help manage and improve day-to-day sales processes and workflows. Coordinate internally to gather information for RFIs, proposals, questionnaires, and customer requests. Own follow-ups across internal teams to ensure sales requests are completed on time. Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and find ways to make workflows more efficient. Partner with sales, operations, legal, finance, and other teams to keep deals moving and bring structure to processes that may not yet be fully defined.
Sales Operations: Support the sales team with account and opportunity-related projects. Help maintain accurate sales information and documentation. Assist with organizing pipeline and account information. Build lightweight processes and tools that make the sales team's day-to-day work easier. Take on ad hoc projects that improve sales productivity and execution.
Sales Analytics & Reporting: Support basic reporting and analysis on sales activity, accounts, and customer trends. Help turn sales data into useful insights for the team. Partner with leadership to answer questions about pipeline, customers, and sales performance. Over time, contribute to projections and forecasting as the sales organization scales.
The company values high agency, ownership, speed, attention to detail, and resourcefulness. You'll work alongside a founding team with experience from Citadel Securities, Meta, Google, Silver Lake, and Morgan Stanley.
