Join Canva's Sales Operations team as a strategic co-pilot to EMEA regional sales leadership. This role is based in London with flexible work arrangements. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with EMEA Sales leadership on productivity strategy, performance management, and go-to-market evolution - Drive the region's forecasting cadence and performance analytics to ensure data accuracy and early funnel issue identification - Analyze sales trends across markets to surface insights that inform coverage, enablement, and investment decisions - Shape territory, segmentation, and account assignment strategy, balancing market maturity, partner presence, and whitespace opportunities - Collaborate with Sales, Channel, Partnerships, Marketing, and Enablement teams to support GTM shifts and localization needs - Maintain CRM data quality and enrichment to ensure sales and channel teams have necessary visibility - Play a key role in annual planning, including headcount, productivity, account coverage, and regional carve logic Canva is scaling rapidly, and this role will evolve as the company grows. You'll be part of a high-impact Sales Operations team transitioning to an embedded Field Ops model, sitting within the rhythm of the business to drive execution and shape go-to-market strategy across diverse EMEA markets and partner-led motions. Requirements: - 5+ years in Sales Operations, Strategy, Business Operations, or similar roles, ideally in SaaS with regional go-to-market structure - Understanding of EMEA go-to-market dynamics and how sub-regional nuances shape strategy - Experience with partner or channel sales models and their intersection with direct sales - Fluency in data and analysis; Excel or Google Sheets proficiency required; SQL is a bonus - Clear communication skills, ability to structure ambiguous problems, and capability to bring stakeholders along with recommendations - Comfort working across cultures, time zones, and ambiguity with a bias toward action
