Salary: USD 255,000 - 270,000 / annual

You will lead and develop a team of Account Executives responsible for Global Products (EOR, Global Payroll, Global Payroll Contractors) in a fast-paced, high-growth organization. Your leadership will directly impact the growth of the Global Payroll team, the training and development of your AEs, and help define the Global Payroll playbook. You will build the team and processes to support organizational growth and report to the VP Sales, Global Payroll.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage, coach, and scale a team of Global Payroll Account Executives
- Build the Global AE playbook and best practices for growth and scale
- Assist your team throughout strategic sales cycles by understanding customer needs and mapping them to Rippling's value proposition
- Monitor sales performance: activity, pipelines, monthly forecasts, and closed deals to ensure quota attainment
- Regularly report on team and individual results through pipeline management and forecasting
- Participate in hiring, interviewing, training, and ramp-up of new team members
- Identify and recommend improvements in process, efficiency, and productivity
- Work cross-functionally with other AE teams, Account Managers, marketing, revenue operations, implementation, and complementary teams
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in tech sales management
- Proven track record as a top performer exceeding targets as both a manager and individual contributor
- Ability to accurately forecast team performance and deliver concrete, constructive feedback
- Strong work ethic and motivation to learn and grow
- Experience selling Global Payroll, EOR, or HRIS/HCM software (preferred, not required)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
