Amenitiz is hiring a Sales Manager to lead its newly established French commercial hub in Lyon. You will manage a small, hands-on sales team (SDRs, BDRs, and AEs) responsible for selling hotel management software to independent hoteliers across Europe—family hotels, boutique properties, and small chains underserved by enterprise-focused solutions. Your core responsibilities include building and growing the Lyon team through recruitment, training, and ongoing management; running daily execution by managing pipeline health, call activity, and meeting volume; coaching in detail through call listening and real-time feedback; hiring and onboarding new team members; tracking individual KPIs and having honest performance conversations; acting as the link between the team and leadership; driving pipeline generation through a mixed approach (roughly 80% outbound, 20% inbound) with short sales cycles (1–4 weeks); building a repeatable sales playbook for the French market; maintaining HubSpot hygiene; and collaborating with Growth, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. You will inherit an existing customer base, pipeline, sales tools, methodology, and full support from the wider commercial team in Barcelona, so you are not starting from a blank page. Amenitiz serves independent hoteliers across Europe and is building a team in one of Europe's leading tech hubs with 35+ nationalities represented. Requirements: - 3+ years of experience managing a sales team, ideally in SaaS, tech, or B2B environments (independent businesses/SMEs) - Native French speaker with strong written and verbal English (B1/B2 minimum) - Confirmed skills in outbound prospecting (cold calling) and short sales-cycle selling - Comfortable with HubSpot and Aircall (or similar tools) - Coach-first mindset: energized by developing people, not by being the top individual contributor - Strong organizational skills to manage a small team across multiple roles without losing detail - Comfortable in performance-oriented environments with clear targets and real accountability - Entrepreneurial, resilient, and autonomous with genuine appetite for building a team from scratch - Experience in hospitality tech, online travel, or B2B SaaS is an advantage
