You will join as a founding member of the Sales Leadership team, reporting directly to the VP of Sales. This is a career-defining opportunity to build and lead the Enterprise Account Executive team from the ground up, driving new logo growth and owning strategy for the company's most complex and strategic opportunities.
In this role, you will lead and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives based in San Francisco headquarters. You'll own pipeline generation, forecasting, deal execution, and overall team performance. You'll coach and actively participate in high-stakes enterprise opportunities, helping reps navigate multi-threaded buying committees, executive stakeholders, procurement, security, legal, and complex commercial negotiations. You'll establish credibility with senior customer stakeholders and step directly into strategic opportunities when leadership involvement can accelerate or unlock deals.
You'll develop rigorous account planning, territory strategy, pipeline creation, and whitespace identification across highest-value prospects. You'll create a rhythm on your team with 1:1s, team meetings, deal reviews, coaching and development sessions. A key responsibility is raising the enterprise sales bar by developing Account Executives into strategic, consultative sellers capable of leading sophisticated discovery, building compelling business cases, quantifying value, and selling to executive audiences.
You'll establish playbooks, sales motions, and systems/processes alongside peers in Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Sales Development, and Marketing. You'll partner with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership to translate learnings from strategic customers into improvements across positioning, packaging, product strategy, and the broader enterprise GTM motion. This is both a tactical and strategic role—you'll work directly with reps on execution while helping architect how the broader sales organization scales over time.
The company values builders motivated to elevate the GTM craft, with runway to implement new ideas and shape culture.
