You will lead and build the sales organization across EMEA, managing a team of Account Executives and driving new logo growth across multiple European markets. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be directly involved with your team, not managing from a dashboard.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team of Account Executives across EMEA, setting clear expectations and supporting success across multiple markets and time zones
- Build and strengthen the outbound motion across the region, including prospecting, pipeline coverage, and deal progression
- Maintain rigorous forecasting discipline, monitor conversion metrics, and intervene early when pipeline coverage is at risk
- Partner with Marketing and Enablement to align on pipeline strategy, refine EMEA buyer messaging, and equip the team with necessary tools
- Gather customer and market insights from across the region to inform company go-to-market strategy
You are an execution-oriented leader with a track record of building predictable, scalable sales organizations. You understand what good looks like in structured enterprise sales environments and have managed teams across multiple European markets. You combine high standards with a process-driven approach—you know that consistent quota attainment comes from clarity and systems, not just pressure.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience managing Account Executives in B2B SaaS or tech, with demonstrated success selling or managing across EMEA markets
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales talent across different countries and cultures
- Track record of building structured outbound pipeline processes that drive consistent results in distributed regional teams
- Strong forecasting discipline and history of hitting quota
- Comfort managing teams distributed across multiple time zones
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
- Background in developer tools, content platforms, or product-led growth combined with enterprise sales (preferred)
- Fluent English; additional European language (German, French, or similar) is a plus
