Veact is seeking a Sales Manager to lead new business development and account growth across the Czech Republic and Slovakia markets. You will be responsible for winning new dealers, dealer groups, and importers in both territories, while growing existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling in partnership with the customer success team. You will own the full commercial lifecycle of your deals—from pricing and deal structure through negotiation and signature—and manage relationships with importers and national sales companies at the management level. You are accountable for revenue targets, budget, and forecast for your assigned markets.
This is a market-facing role requiring independence, structured sales discipline, and deep understanding of the automotive dealer ecosystem. You will develop your territories systematically, maintain a disciplined CRM practice (ideally Salesforce), and travel as needed to support key accounts and partnerships.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Several years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, data, or technology with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets; automotive industry experience is preferred
- Demonstrated experience in complex negotiations at management level, ideally with importers, manufacturers, or dealer groups
- Working knowledge of how dealerships operate and who holds decision-making authority
- Ability to develop markets independently and work in a structured, disciplined way with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is ideal)
- Native-level Czech or Slovak with confident fluency in the other language, plus fluent business English (C1 level)
- Based in the Czech Republic or Slovakia with willingness to travel
