Campfire is an AI-native ERP platform that replaces legacy systems like NetSuite, SAP, and Oracle with a unified platform for general ledger, revenue automation, and close management. Backed by Accel, Ribbit Capital, Foundation Capital, and Y Combinator, the company is scaling its sales organization to support fast-growing finance teams.
As Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Account Executives responsible for closing and expanding relationships with modern finance leaders. You'll own your team's quota attainment, forecast accuracy, and pipeline management, driving consistent revenue targets quarter over quarter.
Key responsibilities include coaching AEs through full-cycle, consultative sales cycles targeting CFOs, VPs of Finance, and Controllers. You'll run disciplined deal reviews and pipeline inspections, helping reps navigate complex, multi-stakeholder evaluations that often involve displacing incumbent ERP systems. You'll refine and document the sales playbook, including qualification frameworks like MEDDPICC, messaging strategies, and repeatable close plans.
You'll partner cross-functionally with SDR Managers on pipeline quality and handoffs, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Solutions Consultants on competitive positioning and customer success. You'll also own hiring and onboarding of new Account Executives, designing a ramp program that accelerates productivity.
You'll maintain clean forecasting and CRM hygiene, report team performance to leadership, and foster a culture of accountability, coaching, and winning where reps are challenged and supported equally.
Ideal candidates bring 2+ years managing quota-carrying AE teams with a consistent record of hitting and exceeding targets. You should have a strong personal track record closing B2B SaaS deals—ideally mid-market or enterprise—before moving into management. Experience with technical or finance-oriented products, familiarity with ERP, fintech, or accounting workflows, and command of modern sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Challenger) are highly valued. You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments where the playbook is still being written, and you measure success by your team's growth and results.
