Arketa is building an operating system for modern fitness and wellness, enabling studios and wellness entrepreneurs to scale hybrid businesses through scheduling, payments, on-demand video, retreats, marketing automation, and branded apps. The company has raised $15M in Series A funding and is scaling from tens of millions toward hundreds of millions in ARR.
As the second Sales Manager, you will lead a growing team of 6–10 Account Executives, most early in their careers, to exceed pipeline and revenue targets. This is a coaching-intensive role where you'll develop junior sellers into high performers through call reviews, live deal coaching, role-plays, and skills development across the full sales funnel.
Key responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding reps, running deal reviews and pipeline management, designing and testing new sales plays and segments, partnering with SDR managers on feedback loops, developing performance metrics and dashboards, and collaborating with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Success, and Product teams. You'll use AI (Claude) to build analyses, coaching materials, and sales enablement, setting the standard for how your team leverages AI in their workflows.
Success milestones: by 30 days, complete onboarding and learn team structure; by 60 days, take on meaningful coaching responsibilities and contribute to pipeline reviews; by 90 days, own core manager responsibilities and confidently pitch Arketa.
Required: 3–5+ years managing sales teams at fast-paced SaaS companies, proven track record hitting/exceeding targets, deep coaching experience developing early-career reps, strong operational skills with HubSpot, Avoma, and Google Sheets, comfort with AI tools (Claude), and genuine passion for fitness/wellness entrepreneurship. Experience scaling sales teams through high-growth stages ($30M–$100M+ ARR) is expected. Bonus: exposure to PLG or hybrid sales motions, and track record experimenting with new sales structures.
