Checkout.com is a global fintech platform powering over 10 billion transactions yearly for companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony. We're seeking a Payments Sales Manager to join our Commercial Payments Team in Amsterdam and drive growth across enterprise clients. In this role, you'll act as a consultative payments strategist, advising mid-market and large enterprise organizations on optimal payment structures using Checkout.com's full technology stack. You'll identify, qualify, and close high-value prospects while building engagement strategies across cold and warm channels in collaboration with marketing, business development, and product teams. Key responsibilities include: - Selling Checkout.com's next-generation payment solutions and value-added services to enterprise clients - Preparing high-quality presentations and proposals for C-suite stakeholders - Becoming an expert on our technology stack and helping merchants understand how we solve their pain points - Orchestrating the entire sales process, driving urgency, and serving as the main point of contact for merchants and internal stakeholders - Maintaining a well-organized portfolio and nurturing key accounts with deep industry understanding - Partnering with other Payment Sales Managers to share best practices and insights - Providing feedback on local market trends, competitor insights, and customer needs You'll need 3+ years of direct enterprise sales experience in the payments industry, a proven track record of high performance and self-sourcing leads, and a solid network within the payments landscape. Strong communication skills, tech-savviness, passion for fintech, and commercial acumen with complex negotiation abilities are essential.
