Salary: USD 159,480 - 178,500 / annual
Onbe, a fast-growing fintech company, is seeking a Sales Executive Senior Director to establish and develop high-potential partnerships with channel partners in the financial services space. This role focuses on building scaled distribution through strategic partnerships that deliver value to both Onbe and its partners.
The ideal candidate will identify and cultivate relationships with high-fit financial services partners, leveraging Onbe's global reach and proprietary payments technology. You will lead cross-functional deal teams through complex negotiations, define partnership structures and KPIs, and ensure successful launches that maximize mutual growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a target list of high-potential new partnerships and managing a diverse pipeline
- Establishing multi-stakeholder relationships and uncovering partner priorities and decision-making processes
- Assembling and leading deal teams with clear win strategies
- Defining scalable pricing models and product options aligned with partner go-to-market practices
- Leading pricing and contracting negotiations with meaningful incentive structures
- Developing comprehensive partnership plans documenting revenue goals, resources, roles, and KPIs
- Coordinating Onbe resources (project management, channel marketing, relationship management) for successful launches
- Identifying land-and-expand opportunities across partner ecosystems and referral networks
Onbe's solutions span payments to consumers, workforces, and service providers, including refunds, rewards, and payroll delivered digitally and physically.
The role is hybrid, requiring 2 days per week onsite at the Plano, TX office, with occasional domestic travel (up to 20%).
