Digitail is an AI operating system for modern veterinary clinics, consolidating ten-plus tools (client communication, scheduling, medical records, billing, payments) into one intelligent platform designed to help practices focus on care rather than administration.
You will own complex, full-cycle enterprise sales motions targeting multi-location and enterprise veterinary groups. This is a consultative, high-touch role requiring you to engage C-suite stakeholders, navigate complex buying committees, and lead long-cycle, high-stakes decisions. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping organizations evaluate change, mitigate risk, and align around clear decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead discovery and consultative buying processes with multiple stakeholders (practice owners, executives, operators, clinical leaders)
- Run structured, outcome-driven demos that map current workflows to future operational and clinical impact
- Diagnose operational friction and translate it into quantified business, financial, and care-delivery outcomes
- Build and manage deal momentum through disciplined follow-up and stakeholder alignment
- Navigate longer sales cycles by guiding buyers through evaluation, internal alignment, and approval processes
- Develop deep expertise in product, market, and veterinary operating models to advise at executive level
- Partner with onboarding, customer success, and product teams for seamless transition from sale to launch
- Own pipeline inspection, forecasting accuracy, deal strategy, and consistently exceed revenue targets
You approach problems discovery-first and hypothesis-driven, seeking root causes before proposing solutions. You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and guiding buyers through complex decisions. You orient around business outcomes and workflow transformation rather than feature comparison. You simplify complexity and communicate clearly across technical, clinical, and non-technical audiences. You are data-informed, structured in thinking, and use frameworks to drive clarity and alignment. You proactively leverage technology and automation to increase leverage and scale impact. You demonstrate strong ownership across the full deal lifecycle and are resilient and adaptable as deal dynamics evolve.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated success selling SaaS into enterprise or multi-location veterinary groups
- Experience engaging C-suite and senior leadership stakeholders
- Comfort managing RFQs, RFPs, pilots, and formal evaluation processes
- Existing relationships and industry credibility within veterinary enterprise networks (preferred)
- Comfort working remotely and asynchronously
- Willingness to travel for executive meetings and industry events
- History of personal and professional excellence
- Lifelong learner mindset and commitment to professional growth
- Strong sales acumen, effective time management, and organization skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments where change is common
