As Sales Engineering Manager for the ANZ region, you will lead and mentor a sales engineering team while driving revenue growth through technical excellence. You'll collaborate closely with sales, product, and R&D teams to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and develop tailored technical solutions that demonstrate Cyera's value proposition.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the sales engineering team with mentorship, guidance, and career development
- Qualifying opportunities and developing customized technical solutions aligned with customer requirements
- Designing and delivering compelling technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements
- Serving as a technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, addressing customer concerns and building trusted relationships
- Staying current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategy
- Collaborating with product development to understand features, enhancements, and roadmaps
- Creating technical documentation including solution architectures, proposals, and case studies
- Participating in industry events, conferences, and webinars to establish thought leadership
This role requires someone who can bridge technical depth with sales acumen, mentor a team, and drive customer success in a fast-growing AI security market.
