UiPath is seeking a Sales Engineer to serve as a strategic advisor to prospects, customers, and the sales team on automation and AI technology solutions. You will uncover the business value that automation and AI can bring to existing processes and help design new processes leveraging the UiPath platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Evangelize automation and AI value by combining digital workforce capabilities with AI/ML power
- Act as a thought leader on advancing the UiPath platform and developing industry-specific solution accelerators
- Understand industry challenges and identify business opportunities for automation
- Partner with sales to define account strategy, grow solution footprint, and identify desired business outcomes
- Build and deliver industry-specific demos and proof-of-value (PoV) engagements
- Conduct process discovery sessions to identify automation opportunities and quantify business value
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to channel customer feedback
- Share best practices with the GTM team and provide feedback to product teams for continuous innovation
- Support up to 25% travel as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in customer-facing or strategic consulting roles
- Business transformation experience coupled with AI or RPA technical expertise
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Industry experience in supply chain, manufacturing, energy, telecommunications, or similar sectors preferred
- Understanding of technical landscapes and ability to architect complex solutions
- Demonstrated ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts to technical and business audiences
- Knowledge of Lean Principles and Continuous Process Improvement methodologies
- Background in consulting, sales engineering, or running automation programs
- Empathy, curiosity, coachability, and adaptability
