You will join the Sales team as a Sales Enablement Specialist focused on onboarding new sales hires across the APAC region. Your primary responsibility is to lead the live facilitation of onboarding programs for large cohorts of new sales representatives across different specializations and regions. You'll design and deliver dynamic training sessions and workshops that equip sales reps with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to succeed in their roles.
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating live onboarding sessions for new sales cohorts in APAC
- Leading training workshops to build proficiency and confidence in sales roles
- Collaborating with onboarding partners and Sales leadership to coordinate live sessions, AI-driven learning, buddy programs, and manager assessments
- Ensuring the first four weeks of onboarding deliver a world-class experience
- Acting as a liaison between Revolut Business and new hires
You'll work in a remote-first environment, managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders while maintaining a coaching mindset that turns feedback into growth opportunities. The role requires strong facilitation skills in virtual settings, the ability to simplify complex product and sales concepts, and a deep understanding of B2B sales lifecycles and methodologies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, sales training, or similar role within a fast-paced B2B or tech environment
- Outstanding live facilitation skills with ability to control remote-first learning experiences and actively engage learners
- Coaching mindset to provide constructive feedback and create psychological safety
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex topics for various sales roles
- Project management skills to coordinate complex initiatives across stakeholders
- Solid understanding of B2B sales lifecycle and methodologies, applied to remote-first sales organizations
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) administration, such as Sana
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments
