Hullbot is a climate tech company developing autonomous underwater robots that inspect and clean ship hulls to reduce biofouling, fuel consumption, and maritime emissions. This is a hands-on sales enablement and operations role supporting the sales and business development team in a fast-growing, mission-driven robotics company.
You will own multiple dimensions of the commercial engine:
**Research & Intelligence:** Conduct customer and fleet research to help identify and qualify target accounts, understand vessel profiles, and tailor outreach. Track competitor activity and market developments to build competitive intelligence resources.
**Sales Enablement:** Prepare client-facing proposals, pitch materials, and sales collateral. Maintain and continuously improve a central knowledge database across the CRM and Notion so the sales team has accurate, up-to-date materials.
**Sales Operations & Analytics:** Own day-to-day CRM hygiene—ensuring records, stages, and data fields are accurate. Build automation and workflows to accelerate deal velocity and systematically share information between Sales, Customer Success, and Service Delivery. Build and maintain pipeline reporting and analytics, surfacing trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities. Flag gaps or inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
**Contracts & Deal Support:** Support preparation of client contracts and commercial documentation, coordinating with internal stakeholders to keep deals moving to close.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner closely with Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, and Impact teams to align customer-facing messaging and Hullbot's decarbonisation impact story. Act as a connective link between sales and other functions.
This role offers broad exposure across sales, operations, and impact in a growing robotics company, with visibility across the business and collaborative work with multiple teams.
