Built Technologies is an AI-powered platform transforming real estate finance and construction. The company connects lenders (including top U.S. banks), developers, owners, and contractors, powering over 86,000 active projects valued at more than $300 billion. The Sales Enablement Specialist is an independently operating contributor who designs and delivers training programs and content that equip Built's revenue organization with the skills, processes, and resources needed to perform at a high level. You will own enablement projects end-to-end—partnering with sales leadership to diagnose challenges, developing tailored learning solutions, creating compelling content, and measuring impact. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver training programs tailored to different revenue roles (Account Executives, SDRs, Account Managers, Client Success Managers), ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and outcome-focused. - Develop and maintain sales collateral, playbooks, and enablement resources; write clear, persuasive content aligned with Built's messaging and sales process. - Partner with sales leaders to diagnose coaching needs and design targeted enablement interventions that produce measurable behavior change. - Conduct needs analysis and skill assessments to surface gaps, knowledge deficits, and performance opportunities across revenue roles. - Analyze enablement metrics—training completion, engagement, time-to-productivity, win rates—to measure impact and identify improvement areas. - Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate product launches and messaging updates into sales training and collateral. - Work with Revenue Operations to ensure alignment between sales process, CRM workflows, and enablement content. - Leverage AI tools to accelerate content development, learning design, and enablement analytics. Success at six months includes: training programs producing measurable behavior change; content actively used by the revenue team; managing enablement programs with meaningful independence; enablement metrics showing positive trends; and cross-functional partners seeking your input on training and content decisions. The role emphasizes AI and technology expectations: leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, quality, and speed; use AI for drafting, analysis, summarization, and problem-solving; identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation; apply AI to sharpen decision-making; and share effective AI use cases with the team. Travel Requirement: Employees not based in Nashville are required to travel to the Nashville office at least twice per year for company gatherings and potentially additional travel based on role and business needs. Requirements: - 2–4+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, instructional design, or a related field, with demonstrated ability to own programs end-to-end and produce measurable outcomes. - Skilled facilitation and training delivery; ability to present to groups with clarity, engage diverse audiences, and adapt approach based on context and objective. - Strong writing skills; ability to create compelling, clear content across formats (training decks, playbooks, quick reference guides, videos). - Analytical and metrics-driven mindset; ability to identify trends, measure impact, and use data to continuously improve enablement programs. - Collaborative, solution-oriented approach; ability to work effectively with sales leaders, product teams, and cross-functional partners. - Solid and growing understanding of B2B sales process, sales methodology, and revenue metrics that matter to sales leadership.
