n8n is an open workflow orchestration platform built for the AI era, enabling technical teams to automate faster with the freedom of code and speed of no-code. The company has grown to 260+ employees since 2019, boasts 650,000+ active developers, 190K+ GitHub stars, and has achieved a $5.2bn valuation with backing from Sequoia and SAP.
You will lead the design and execution of a scalable sales enablement function to support n8n's go-to-market (GTM) teams as they scale. This is a high-impact, hands-on role with direct visibility to revenue outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
• Build world-class onboarding programs for new GTM team members (Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering) that shorten ramp time and track continuous improvement through performance feedback loops.
• Create scalable enablement programs by translating product updates, GTM strategies, and technical concepts into clear, actionable content. Identify knowledge gaps and design role-specific initiatives, certifications, and training frameworks (demo, discovery, technical proficiency).
• Plan and execute high-impact enablement events including SKOs, regional kickoffs, and quarterly readiness sessions. Act as the voice of enablement, ensuring GTM teams receive the right information through the right channels. Partner with Product, Product Marketing, and RevOps on launches and messaging.
• Define and track KPIs demonstrating enablement's impact on sales productivity, pipeline velocity, and deal size. Build competency scorecards with GTM managers and use sales call data, Gong insights, and product usage to refine programs.
You will work fully remote from Massachusetts, Virginia, New York, New Jersey, or Florida.
