Factory is building the platform for self-improving software development, helping enterprise engineering teams automate their software factories. The company has raised $400M+ in funding at a $5B valuation, backed by Khosla Ventures, Sequoia, Blackstone, and industry leaders like Ali Ghodsi (Databricks CEO) and Frank Slootman (former Snowflake CEO). Customers include Nvidia, Blackstone, RBC, Palo Alto Networks, Adobe, and T-Mobile.
You will architect and lead Factory's end-to-end sales enablement and onboarding strategy from the ground up. This is a foundational role where you will independently design the strategic playbook for how new sellers at Factory achieve consistent productivity and move from day one to their first closed deal.
Key responsibilities include:
**Program Strategy & Architecture**: Drive end-to-end execution for onboarding every new seller, building the program from scratch where no prior template exists. Shape how all new sellers learn to sell Factory's platform.
**Bootcamp & Certification**: Design comprehensive curriculum tracks for Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and Sales Development Representatives. Lead interactive live training sessions, establish evaluation criteria and certification standards, and continuously refine content based on cohort performance.
**Cross-Functional Alignment**: Partner with sales managers to establish and track 90-day onboarding plans. Collaborate with senior sales leaders, founders, and cross-functional teams across Product, Solutions Engineering, and Revenue Operations. Identify rep bottlenecks and deliver targeted training solutions.
**Scalability & AI Integration**: Package and scale training modules for delivery by managers and senior reps, supporting both local and remote sellers via live and self-paced formats. Leverage AI agents and automated workflows to streamline program administration and track seller readiness.
**Continuous Learning & Performance**: Train experienced reps on product launches, sales methodology refreshers, and targeted coaching. Track ramp metrics including time to first closed deal, quota attainment, certification performance, and call quality improvements.
