Okta is seeking a Sales Enablement Leader to lead enablement strategy and execution across the Asia Pacific region. This is a people leadership role responsible for managing a regional enablement team and partnering with senior sales leaders to improve sales productivity, capability, and performance.
You will act as a trusted advisor to regional sales leadership, diagnosing business challenges, identifying root causes, and recommending enablement solutions that drive sales execution and commercial outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
• Regional Orchestration: Lead enablement across all field functions including Sales, Presales (SEs), Partners and Alliances, SDRs, and Customer Success. Harmonize regional enablement efforts and serve as the orchestrator of the region's enablement strategy.
• Voice of the Field: Represent the field's perspective by gathering insights through close collaboration with sales leadership at all levels and the extended selling team. Channel feedback to the Global Enablement Team and other field-supporting functions.
• Strategic Alignment: Build trust-based relationships with sales leaders, managers, and individual contributors. Align enablement initiatives with business objectives and provide insights to field partners.
• Program Activation & Execution: Activate both global and local enablement initiatives, managing pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities. Drive engagement, adoption, facilitation, and success metrics tracking.
• Global Enablement Planning: Participate in quarterly Global Enablement Plan development by defining regional and segment-specific needs. Communicate field-driven requests, challenges, and adoption barriers.
• Program Development: Submit program briefs for approval and provide detailed frameworks to guide content creation that meets regional requirements.
The ideal candidate brings strong sales acumen, consultative problem-solving skills, people leadership experience, and the ability to facilitate impactful enablement sessions across diverse teams, markets, and seniority levels.
