Serval is an AI-native automation platform that builds intelligent agents to transform enterprise operations. Founded in early 2024, the company is already trusted by Fox, Notion, Perplexity, Vercel, and Brex. Serval is hiring its first dedicated Sales Enablement Lead to accelerate seller productivity and standardize sales execution as the team scales. In this ground-floor build role, you will own the complete sales enablement function: designing and rolling out a unified sales methodology across the growing AE team, building scalable onboarding and ongoing development programs for sellers and managers, and embedding methodology into manager coaching cadences and deal reviews. You will define leading indicators of seller and team effectiveness, partner with Product and Marketing to deliver timely field enablement on new releases, and serve as a trusted advisor to sales leadership on productivity and coaching effectiveness. Key responsibilities include designing the sales skill development program from scratch, securing executive sponsorship for methodology adoption, building reinforcement systems that drive consistent execution, measuring program impact through data-driven metrics, and leveraging AI tools to personalize and scale training beyond in-person engagement. You bring 8+ years of sales enablement, sales leadership development, or related customer-facing experience in AI/ML or enterprise technology. You have direct experience rolling out and reinforcing sales methodologies, building enablement programs in fast-growing environments, and earning buy-in from senior sales leaders and frontline managers. Strong presentation and facilitation skills, analytical rigor, and prior frontline sales management experience are essential. Experience at high-growth AI companies, selling to technical buyers (IT/CIOs), or building applications on top of AI tools is a strong plus.
