Salary: USD 110,000 - 130,000 / annual
Aperia Technologies is seeking a Sales Director for the West region to drive growth of commercial vehicle fleet solutions. The company develops innovative hardware (Halo Automatic Tire Inflator) and cloud-based data analytics platforms that improve efficiency and sustainability for commercial fleets.
You will work remotely, reporting directly to the Head of North America Sales. This is an individual contributor role focused on expanding Aperia's footprint with large enterprise customers and acquiring new accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales Account Managers to develop client growth and sales strategies aligned with quarterly bookings and sales targets
- Prospect warm leads and close deals while building a pipeline of new opportunities
- Travel to existing and prospective customers in your assigned territory for in-person sales and service meetings
- Identify and communicate industry and customer trends to inform company strategy
- Represent Aperia at industry conferences and events
- Drive sustained customer success and brand growth beyond initial sale
Requirements:
- 4-7+ years of sales experience with proven track record of exceeding ambitious quotas for new, innovative B2B products
- Experience selling in-person to C-suite executives
- Hardware sales background
- Demonstrated ability to coach and empower sales associates
- Strong sales process discipline, attention to detail, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and ability to assess unique customer needs
- Proficiency with Salesforce and CRM systems
- Self-starter mentality thriving in high-growth environments
- Must be authorized to work in the US without current or future employer sponsorship (no H-1B, F-1, OPT, or STEM OPT visa holders)
