Braze is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead enterprise and commercial sales operations across South Korea. In this role, you will own the enterprise direct sales business in the region while collaborating closely with reseller partners to drive revenue growth and market penetration. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a strategic customer acquisition strategy focused on large enterprise penetration, managing direct sales efforts, implementing partner management programs to maximize reseller potential, and collaborating with finance and leadership on accurate forecasting and budgeting. You will serve as a key driver for Braze's expansion across APAC markets, working cross-functionally with business development, account management, marketing, solutions consulting, and executive teams to ensure successful execution of annual plans and present a unified vision to customers and the marketplace. You will recruit, nurture, and performance-manage a team of exceptional sales professionals while acting as a proactive representative within the senior leadership team. Your strategic perspective on market investment opportunities and demonstrated ability to launch and grow in developing markets will be critical to success. Required qualifications include a minimum of 15 years of proven SaaS sales experience in technologically complex product environments, with consistent track records of exceeding quota and revenue goals. You must have at least 8 years of experience managing sales teams, preferably in marketing technology. Deep knowledge of South Korea's technology landscape, market dynamics, and key decision-making processes is essential. You should demonstrate expertise in various sales models (direct, reseller, co-sell), a strong track record of building and retaining high-performing enterprise sales organizations, and the ability to navigate large organizations effectively. Strong operational, analytical, verbal, written, and presentation skills are required, along with up-to-date knowledge of digital and mobile application trends.
