Salary: USD 280,000 - 390,000 / annual

The company has powered over $14 trillion in digital asset transfers and is responsible for 15% of all crypto transactions globally.
As Sales Director, Payments, you will lead enterprise sales efforts across the US, owning a book of enterprise accounts and driving complex, high-value deals. You'll work closely with Sales Engineers, Business Solutions teams, and GTM leadership to scale one of the fastest-growing companies in blockchain and cybersecurity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Consistently achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Selling multiple product lines into payments companies
- Prospecting, territory planning, and account management
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospects and customers
- Working alongside BDRs and Business Solutions teams
- Maintaining CRM data and pipeline hygiene
- Translating complex technical platform capabilities into business value for executives and developers
- Navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
Requirements:
- 8+ years of enterprise SaaS or institutional sales experience
- Proven track record selling into payments companies, PSPs, card networks, or fintech infrastructure providers
- Experience selling within Financial Services industry to line-of-business executives
- Working knowledge of payments infrastructure, settlement, treasury operations, cross-border payments, stablecoins, or money movement rails
- Strong technical baseline understanding of modern SaaS architectures, APIs, and distributed applications
- Proven ability to sell into CIO, CTO, architecture, platform engineering, and shared services teams
- Ability to co-sell and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in highly competitive markets
