This Sales Development Representative role is part of the EMEA sales team and reports to the Manager of Outbound Sales Development. You will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and engaging both inbound and outbound sales prospects to book meetings for Account Executives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to and qualifying inbound leads and inquiries
- Sourcing new sales prospects and conducting outreach via cold calling and other channels
- Communicating Remote's value propositions and understanding prospect needs to assess fit
- Creating target prospect lists and penetrating key accounts
- Researching key decision-makers and business requirements
- Supporting the Account Executive team and educating prospects through the early sales cycle
- Handing off qualified opportunities to the sales team
You should have proven SDR experience in B2B SaaS, with demonstrated proficiency in sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Lusha. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential, along with excellent listening abilities and a positive phone presence. You must be self-motivated, strategic, and able to maintain resilience in the face of rejection. Fluency in English is required. Remote work experience is a plus but not required.
