The Singapore Outbound team drives growth by building pipeline and acquiring new customers across key verticals. This SDR role is part of the SME & Growth Outbound team, focused on scalability, operational excellence, and process optimization.
Key responsibilities include: designing and managing projects that drive commercial KPIs and optimize growth across priority verticals; partnering with Outbound, Marketing, and Revenue Strategy & Operations teams on territory planning, forecasting, and scalability initiatives; managing day-to-day operational tasks using Salesforce and data platforms; analyzing performance metrics to identify trends and develop improvement strategies; supporting SDRs and AEs in prospect-facing activities including meetings, campaigns, and events; designing and executing innovative outbound campaigns to boost engagement and generate qualified meetings; and collaborating across Operations, Marketing, Product, and other commercial functions.
You will need a bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, revenue operations, or commercial/operational roles. Strong analytical skills with CRM systems (Salesforce) and analytics tools (Google Sheets, Looker) are essential. Excellent verbal and written English communication is required; regional languages like Mandarin or Bahasa are a plus. You should demonstrate proven ability to identify and execute process improvements, thrive in fast-paced startup/scale-up environments, and excel at multitasking, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
