The company enables businesses to manage and automate the entire employee lifecycle in a single system—for example, onboarding a new employee globally with payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and third-party app setup in 90 seconds.
This Outbound Sales Development Representative role is based in the Dublin office with a requirement to be onsite 3 days per week. You will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying new customers and channel partners for Rippling's platform. The role combines high-velocity top-of-funnel sales qualification with strategic sales process navigation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Become a product expert across Rippling's entire platform and understand the competitive landscape
- Execute outbound prospecting with strategic and thoughtful messaging to upmarket prospects
- Partner with the marketing team to manage outbound campaigns and increase lead volume
- Prospect into new accounts using proven sales methodology
- Maintain and update accurate records in the CRM system
You will work within a competitive team environment and have the opportunity to help shape processes and build pipelines to support Account Executive counterparts. Rippling emphasizes promotion from within and transparency on career paths for sales professionals.
