Turnitin, a global leader in education integrity and assessment solutions serving over 16,000 institutions across 185 countries, is hiring a Sales Development Representative based in Mexico to drive new business growth. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, responsible for strategic prospecting, lead generation, and qualification across assigned territories. Your core responsibilities include conducting market research to inform go-to-market strategy, developing dynamic territory plans with the regional sales team, and executing multi-touch campaigns via email, phone, and social media to build a robust pipeline. You will qualify and nurture leads, map key decision-makers within institutional buying processes, skillfully handle objections, and keep the sales team informed via Salesforce. Success requires achieving assigned KPIs, managing detailed prospect account lists, and continuously developing technical and competitive knowledge. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree or has 5+ years of relevant work experience, with 3+ years as an SDR demonstrating quota achievement. SaaS and EdTech experience is strongly preferred. You must be proficient in Salesforce or another CRM, demonstrate flawless written and oral communication, and have proven success with outbound prospecting techniques including LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You should work autonomously and collaboratively, with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Full English proficiency is required; additional languages are a plus.
