You'll be the first impression of Lighthouse for prospects, opening conversations, building pipeline, and qualifying leads to hand off to Business Development Managers. Key responsibilities: - Hunt and build pipeline through research, calls, LinkedIn outreach, and highly personalized emails in Dutch and English. Balance high volume with highest quality. - Qualify inbound and outbound leads quickly, identifying prospect needs and getting them genuinely excited to meet BDMs. - Leverage AI-powered tools (Enablement Agent, Coaching Agent, CRM insights) as a force multiplier for research, prep, and activity coaching. Push back when tools are wrong and help improve the system. - Partner with Marketing on lead generation and post-event follow-up. Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and BDMs to optimize sales process and win rate. - Own your results: manage outreach, meetings, and pipeline with full accountability. Hunger and skill matter more than industry tenure. - High energy, genuine passion for people, and strong professional communication skills (written and verbal). You build relationships fast. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to juggle multiple activities without dropping the ball. - Self-directed and coachable. You seek feedback on calls and outreach and act on it immediately, not later. - Treat AI tools as core to your workflow, not a novelty. You adopt new tooling quickly and adapt it to your style. - Career-minded in sales. You want to win. You pick up the phone when easier not to. You follow up one more time. You're not okay with a bad quarter.
