Side is a real estate technology platform pioneering brokerage-as-a-service, enabling top real estate professionals to create and run their own companies without operating a traditional brokerage. The platform streamlines the real estate transaction process for agents and home buyers/sellers. Backed by over $300 million in funding from top-tier VCs (Coatue, Tiger, D1, Sapphire, Trinity, Matrix), Side operates in 16 states with plans for nationwide expansion. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of Side's growth efforts, responsible for generating and nurturing opportunities with top-producing real estate agents and teams nationwide. Your primary focus is booking high-quality intro calls for the sales team, strengthening referral activity from the existing agent community, and driving attendance to Side events.
Key responsibilities include: generating and qualifying leads by booking intro meetings through outbound outreach (calls, emails, social media, networking); fostering community referrals by building relationships with existing Side partners and driving referral opportunities; proactively reaching out to top-producing agents to secure attendance at Side-hosted events and activations; maintaining a steady pipeline of qualified prospects for Account Executives through research, prospecting, and qualification; collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams to align outreach with campaigns and strategic priorities; committing to 75+ daily phone touches in addition to email and social outreach; and accurately tracking all activities, leads, and opportunities in Salesforce/HubSpot.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into sales at a fast-growing real estate and technology company, with exposure to some of the most successful agents in the industry. The role is hybrid in San Francisco with an expectation of 3 days onsite per week.
