Tines is an intelligent workflow automation platform serving enterprise customers including Canva, Reddit, SAP, Coinbase, Mars, and McKesson. The company powers critical workflows for IT and security teams globally, with Tines 3B launched in 2026 representing the next generation of the platform.
As a Sales Development Representative based in the Australia region, you will be the first point of contact for new customer prospects, responsible for prospecting outbound leads and sourcing new customer opportunities. You will educate potential clients on how Tines' automation software can improve business efficiency and effectiveness.
In your first 0-6 months, you will:
- Learn the Tines product, messaging, and sales tools (Salesforce, Gong, Nooks, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Demandbase)
- Build relationships with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Marketing, and Field Leadership
- Work directly with Account Executives to drive new customer pipeline and meet pipeline generation targets
- Identify and qualify new customer leads through email, prospecting, social selling, and other channels
- Create targeted prospect lists and personalize outreach to multiple stakeholders within key accounts
In months 6-24, you will:
- Build core skills and deepen product/industry knowledge
- Demonstrate mastery of prospecting by consistently meeting or exceeding pipeline goals
- Expand knowledge of sales and revenue functions
- Work with mentors on promotion goals

Preferred qualifications:
- Technical understanding (computer science background, coding bootcamp experience, or relevant certifications)
- Deep understanding of intelligent automation platforms
