Pallet is building AI Agents to transform the physical economy, a $12 trillion global industry. The company has raised $50M from top investors including General Catalyst, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Bain Capital Ventures, achieving 700% revenue growth in under two years. Pallet's mission is to increase supply chain efficiency by automating manual workflows—from scheduling and appointment setting to data entry and load management. The flagship platform provides end-to-end visibility and control, while CoPallet introduces AI Agents that understand and execute requests in real time.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be one of the first SDRs at Pallet, helping build the outbound motion from the ground up. You'll work closely with founders and sales leadership, including the Head of Sales Development (ex-Verkada and Rippling) and Head of Sales Nate Sylvia. This is an opportunity to shape the playbook from scratch and have real input into go-to-market strategy.
Key responsibilities include: owning top-of-funnel by identifying prospects and building targeted lists; running outbound campaigns end-to-end using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation; turning qualified conversations into pipeline by booking meetings for Account Executives; testing messaging, sequences, timing, and targeting; surfacing prospect feedback to improve go-to-market strategy; and building processes and playbooks for future SDRs.
The role offers genuine career progression—SDRs who excel move into Account Executive, partnerships, or marketing roles with a foundation most people spend years building. You'll work in a high-performance, feedback-driven environment that invests in your growth and learn from leaders with experience at Google, DoorDash, and YC.
This is an in-person role based in Pallet's New York office (SoHo), with potential onboarding at the San Francisco headquarters.
