As a Sales Development Representative reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will drive growth by opening doors through creative, fearless outreach. Your mission is to transform cold accounts into warm conversations that fuel Dialogue's expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and creative channels
- Research target accounts and craft personalized, relevant outreach that resonates with each audience
- Leverage AI tools to enhance research, personalize outreach at scale, and work more effectively
- Partner closely with Account Executives and Marketing to build account strategies and convert inbound interest into booked meetings
- Maintain clean, current Salesforce records so every lead, activity, and opportunity tells a clear story
- Test new messaging, sequences, and channels; share learnings with the team to raise performance standards
- Conduct discovery conversations to uncover pain points in organizational employee wellness strategies and communicate Dialogue's value as a solution
- Represent Dialogue's mission authentically in every interaction, differentiating the company from first touchpoint onward
Requirements:
- Experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role (SaaS, health, benefits, or insurance background is a plus)
- Genuine curiosity about people and businesses; ability to research and understand what makes a prospect tick before outreach
- Comfort with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sales engagement platforms, or ability to learn new tools quickly
- Willingness to experiment with AI in your workflow or genuine enthusiasm to adopt it
- Energized by targets and feedback; ability to treat rejection as information rather than setback
- Detail-oriented while maintaining sight of bigger goals; collaborative with AEs, marketing, and RevOps to achieve targets
