Kredivo Group seeks an experienced Sales Data Analyst to drive analytics and insights for the Business Development function. This individual contributor role owns end-to-end tracking and analysis of critical business metrics and KPIs including GMV growth, promo spend efficiency, sales channel performance, merchant operations, and store performance. You will work closely with business owners, product managers, product analysts, data engineers, and data scientists to deliver actionable insights and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key responsibilities include designing and refining monthly sales team targets, incentive plans, and performance tracking processes; independently collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from multiple sources to generate reports and dashboards; conducting deep-dive analysis into sales promoter performance and patterns; and presenting findings to stakeholders. You will serve as an analytical partner to the sales promoter team, identifying growth opportunities and delivering data-driven solutions. Additional duties include supporting internal product development from a data perspective, developing and maintaining sales-related data marts, leading root cause analysis for complex data issues, and acting as a subject matter expert and technical reference for other analysts.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Mathematics) and minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Data Analyst, Sales Data Analyst, or Product Analyst. You must have advanced SQL skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, excellent communication abilities to translate complex data into clear business insights, and professional English fluency. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Mode, or Looker), data warehouse modeling, and data pipeline automation (Airflow, dbt) is mandatory. Python programming, experience with AI coding agents (Claude, GitHub Copilot), and prior experience leading analyst teams are strong advantages. You should be comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
