Eventeny is a SaaS platform that simplifies large-scale event management for festivals, conventions, and similar organizations serving 40,000+ customers worldwide. As SDR Manager, you will lead the sales development team to build a high-quality pipeline and establish clear processes for prospect qualification and handoffs to the Software Sales team. This is a hands-on, player-coach role. You'll develop a team of SDRs to establish clear standards for qualification and handoffs, stepping into priority conversations or coverage gaps when needed. You will use data-driven decision-making, call reviews, and regular coaching to improve speed-to-lead, meeting conversion, show rates, opportunity acceptance, and pipeline creation. Key responsibilities include: - Lead, coach, and develop SDRs to consistently meet goals for response time, qualification, meetings booked, show rate, accepted opportunities, and pipeline creation - Own the team's rotating coverage model across calls, live chat, form submissions, email replies, and other inbound channels - Develop repeatable, scalable processes that expand pipelines through direct, signal-based outbound prospecting, contact nurture, and high-intent retargeting workflows - Build onboarding and ongoing enablement for Eventeny's solutions, buyer personas, discovery questions, objection handling, and qualification standards - Establish and maintain a consistent qualification and handoff process so Software Sales Specialists receive timely meetings, accurate context, and actionable notes - Own SDR reporting and operating rhythms, including dashboards, weekly performance reviews, capacity planning, and communication of risks and trends to Growth leadership - Maintain strong CRM discipline in HubSpot, including lead routing, activity capture, ownership, data quality, and follow-up standards - Partner with Marketing to improve lead quality, campaign follow-up, and speed-to-lead; partner with Software Sales to improve meeting quality and acceptance criteria - Develop scalable playbooks for inbound conversion, outbound reply handling, AI-assisted outreach responses, lead recycling, and supplemental prospecting - Travel may be expected from time to time for conferences and business development efforts You will work closely with Growth leadership, Software Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and other cross-functional teams to align demand generation with sales capacity and turn frontline prospect feedback into better campaigns, processes, and customer experiences. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in sales development, opportunity creation, or another high-volume customer-facing sales role in a SaaS environment - 2+ years of experience directly coaching, supervising, and managing SDRs or other quota-carrying sales team members - A track record of improving team performance through clear goals, structured coaching, quality assurance, and consistent accountability - Strong command of inbound sales fundamentals, including speed-to-lead, discovery, qualification, objection handling, meeting conversion, and sales handoffs - Strong comfort building and interpreting funnels, dashboards, and team metrics in a CRM; hands-on HubSpot experience is strongly preferred - A growth experiment mindset—ability to form a hypothesis, test a process, learn from results, and turn what works into a repeatable playbook - A self-directed, highly organized, and resilient leadership style with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing start-up environment - Data-driven decision-making and communication with cross-functional teams - A commitment to customer empathy, ethical business practices, inclusive leadership, and high-quality prospect experiences - Added plus: Experience with AI-assisted sales workflows, events or event technology, or selling to SMB, mid-market, government, or enterprise buyers
